Kinda curious and would like comments from those that visit here. What is your favorite pet? Let me list off a few that I’ve had:
Dogs
Cats
Birds (Cockatiel & Quacker)
Fish (Fresh and Salt)
Lizards (Iguana and Legless lizard [sounds like a snake but lots of differences])
Rodents (Gerbils, Hamsters, Mice)
Snakes (Ball Python, Rat Snake)

I have to say I’m still a big Dog fan. My buddy Einstien, who I had to get rid of, he was my best friend. We have Darwin and she’s a great dog, but she’s not “mine”. Granted Newton, my quaker was cool, and Fred my cockatiel was with me for a LONG time… My Einy will always be my best bud. He slept in bed with me since he was a pup, and never wanted to be away from me. He did learn to sleep on the floor (most of the night), once I got married, but he put my wife into her place by making me sleep else where. He also had epilepsy, and some times they were horrible seizures. I still remember his first one… He’s in a great home now, I’ve never called to check on him cause I’d start to miss him too much.
