What is she thinking?

I'm talking about my 19 month old here. I'm sitting at the table with my notebook and she's literally running back and forth. Nothing to accomplish, just running back and forth. It's adorable and confusing all at the same time. Now she took oat meal out of the pantry and opened it up and she's eating it uncooked. Not sure if that's good for her or not, but heck horses eat it.
