Video - Robots

So decided to buy the DVD, and really wanted to watch it. Three times have come and gone where I've started it, but never finished. Unlike some of the other animated movies, this one lacks something. Maybe it's a weak story. I say that because the animation is very well done. The imagemaps were great and the voices were well done, but the story lacked flare or zip. It drug through parts of the show, and there were only some parts that were funny enough to keep my attention. I generally like to rate movies based on my willingness to watch them again, OR if it's for kids I rate it on my 3 year olds desire to watch it. Usually she will watch a movie OVER and OVER again, like the stupid movie Elf, she won't stop watching it if it gets in the DVD. So as much as I want to love this movie, it gets about a 1 out 5 on the kid scale.

Sorry Robin, you're funny but the plot and it's movement couldn't pull it through.
